Please note that all custom order and bridal bouquet preservation requests require a non-refundable $55 deposit before a designer will contact you about your order. This deposit will be applied to your final order balance. Allow up to 5 business days for an emailed reply to your request. Orders can take up to 8 weeks to complete. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and/or local pickup.
