All orders include a $100 non-refundable deposit. Please note all custom orders and bouquet preservation requests are subject to availability. Expected lead times are 12-16 weeks from date of order acceptance.

Custom Order Options
There are 3 types of custom orders you can book with us: Custom Design, Wedding Bouquet/Funeral/Special Occasion Flower Preservation + Art, and Supplied Dried Flowers. Each custom order takes approximately 12-16 weeks to complete. We will communicate with you via email about the expected timeline of your project. Selecting one of these options allows for payment for the deposit and to add you to our client list. An estimate for the total cost of your project will be completed during your design consult.

Read the details of each option carefully before making your selection. Project costs start at $100 for a 12x12 shadow box. The majority of pieces will cost between $200-$500 before applicable tax and shipping fees. All invoices must be paid prior to art being released. Art and flowers remain the property of JJ's Boutique until final payment is received. Select the option that best suits your needs below to reserve your spot for a custom piece.

We will help build a piece of art just for you using specified colors, flowers, and frames. We can attempt to recreate a piece you love that we previously shared, or make something completely unique just for you!

We will dry your wedding bouquet, funeral, or special occasion flowers to make an art piece just for you. Your art piece will be a deconstructed version of your bouquet similar to our other art pieces. This process includes a non-refundable drying fee plus the standard deposit.

We will use dried flowers that you provide-- either from a wedding bouquet, funeral, special occasion, or other reason-- to create an art piece that is uniquely you. Flowers must be completely dried upon delivery
A little more about the custom order process...

Custom order requests allow us to make a piece that is uniquely you using flowers, colors, and frames that you choose. We will guide you through the process. There is a $100 deposit for custom orders-- it is non-refundable. This deposit will apply to the balance of completed order.

We only accept 3 orders each month. The month you select for your booking is the month we will BEGIN your order process, with the timeline for completion being 12-16 weeks after order confirmation. For example, if you select a booking in March, your order's estimated completion will be June or July. We cannot accommodate bookings and order requests for earlier than your specified window, and failure to properly book your request will result in forfeit of your deposit, so please book accordingly.

Prices start at $100 for a 12x12 shadow box, with window designs starting at $185. Architectural windows and custom-made shadow boxes add additional costs, with prices starting at $300. Requested pieces larger than 48” wide cannot be shipped and must be picked up in Dayton, OH. No exceptions. All final pricing will include tax and any applicable shipping fees.

After completing your deposit, send us a photo via email (through your booking or through the "contact us" page) from our website gallery or social media that is an inspiration for your final design. This will help direct us in the design process. Sending us a photo saying, “I like these colors and flowers but with a black window with grids,” is an example of how to start the process. Your design consult will occur via email, and we will discuss frame type, sizing, flowers, and colors. From those selections you will receive an estimate on pricing. Note that pricing varies based on frame type, size, and flowers. Following your design consult, you will be given an estimated timeline of completion-- usually 12-16 weeks after your consult. We will not contact you to complete your consult until the month you’ve selected for your booking.

Once your piece is completed, you will receive an email with photos to approve your design. You will also be sent an emailed invoice for the remaining balance of your art piece, which must be paid prior to pickup or shipping. Local pickup at our Dayton, OH studio can be scheduled based on our availability Sunday through Saturday between 12pm-7pm.

Shipping costs start at $25 for a 12x12 shadow box and $75 per window. Ask for an estimate when placing your order if shipping is required.
